She Dipped Her Hand In Apple Cider Vinegar For 2 Weeks. When You Read You Will Do It Too!

This woman suffered from severe
pain in her hands and years of medication didn’t do much to relieve her
of the pain. She had been diagnosed with arthritis and was looking fo
anything to get relief.

She consulted her doctor
asking about a natural solution and she was advised to use apple cider
vinegar. She began dipping her hands in it for 10-15 minutes, two to
three times a week. She reports she felt relief from the pain almost
immediately. At that point she began using apple cider vinegar other
ways in her daily life to get more benefits out of it.

If
your have aches all over your body or just want to soothe your muscles,
you can add apple cider vinegar to your bath. For foot and hand relief
mix 2-3 cups of apple cider vinegar in a bucket of water and soak your
feet and/or hands in it.  For spot treatment, try dipping a washcloth in
the mixture and placing it on the area that is bothering you.

For
even more soothing relief you can add a little olive oil to the mix.
Combine 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 1 tablespoon of olive
oil and rub it on the affected areas.

Leave the mixture on the affected area overnight and wash it off in the morning.
